Our Policy

Persons attending must be a member of the restaurant or introduced by a current member.

We aim to provide a very smart Kosher Restaurant run to the highest standards of Kashrus and all modern food hygiene regulations.

We aim to encourage everyone in the community to always provide Kosher catering for their Simchois.

We aim to provide the best possible service at a reasonable price always giving value for money.

Children ten years and older are considered adults.

Children under ten years will always be given a children's portion unless they pay adult prices.

Our restaurant is under the supervison of the West of Scotland Kashrus authority and the full time supervision of Rabbi & Mrs Chaim Jacobs of Lubavitch.

Our Kitchens are only open when the Mashgiach is in attendance.

All Meat served is Glatt Kosher.

A Full Time Mashgiach is in attendance.

Special care is taken at all times regarding Bishul Yisroel (and Bishul Akum). This applies to Ovens, Cookers, Microwaves and Fryers.

All Fruits, salads and vegetables are examined for insects.

All raw and cooked eggs are checked for blood spots.

Terumois and Maaserois are taken from all products of Israel.

All wine served is Mevushal.

All bread served is 'Pas Yisroel'.

No liquids are left uncovered overnight.

No cut onions or garlic are left over night.

No Milk or Milk products are served in the restaurant.
